Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all continental US economy orders. This offer will be automatically applied at checkout.

All orders are processed and shipped as fast as humanly possible from the date/time they were placed. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that perfume can only be shipped via Ground and that the day the package is shipped from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

A. N. OTHER is not responsible for any lost shipments due to lack of duties paid, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or missed delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to replace an item, send us an email to hello@an-other.com.

We will then contact you regarding the replacement.

We do not offer refunds. If you are unsure which fragrance to get, you should buy the samples before buying a full-size bottle.

If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us at hello@an-other.com.

Any refund will be for the net amount we got for your order. This means we will not refund the 4% payment processing fee charged by 3rd party payment processing services such as: Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card companies, etc.
